General objective

Ensure that the views of the main users of health services, patients, are heard on the state of access to care.

Specific objectives

Collect, analyse and disseminate information on dysfunctions in people’s access to healthcare.

Develop proposals and recommendations for improving conditions of access to care for patients.

Conduct effective advocacy to facilitate access to care and treatment.
